This notice describes how personal data collected through the website newedit-frame.com is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

Types of Data Collected

This website collects the following categories of personal data:

  • Data provided voluntarily through the contact form: first and last name, email address, selected project type, message text.
  • Data provided voluntarily through the newsletter subscription form: email address.
  • Browsing data: the web server records in technical logs the IP address, date and time of access, requested pages, and browser type (user-agent). Such data is used exclusively to ensure proper service operation and system security.
  • Technical cookies: the website uses only technical session cookies necessary for WordPress functionality. There are no profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools. Fonts and multimedia content are hosted directly on the website server.

Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

  • Management of requests submitted through the contact form (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, Art. 6.1.b GDPR, and/or consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Sending the newsletter following voluntary subscription, with email confirmation (double opt-in). Legal basis: explicit consent of the data subject pursuant to Art. 6.1.a GDPR, provided at the time of subscription. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the “unsubscribe” link included in each communication.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Website security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Processing Methods

Data is processed using IT and electronic tools, adopting appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, modification, or destruction of data.

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Collected data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by entities acting as data processors on behalf of the controller, specifically:

  • the hosting provider Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), for technical data storage;
  • Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) — 106 Boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France — for newsletter management. Brevo processes subscriber email addresses as a data processor solely for the purpose of sending messages, with servers located in the European Union.
  • any professional consultants and collaborators, bound by confidentiality obligations and designated, where necessary, as external data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Data Transfer Outside the European Union

All data collected by the website is stored on servers located in the European Union (Aruba for the website and Brevo for the newsletter). No transfers to non-EU countries are planned.

Retention Period

  • Data submitted through the contact form is retained for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the last contact with the data subject, unless longer legal retention obligations apply.
  • Email addresses subscribed to the newsletter are retained until consent is withdrawn by the data subject.

Data Subject Rights

At any time, the data subject may exercise the rights provided by Arts. 15-22 of the GDPR, and in particular:

  • access to personal data;
  • rectification or erasure of data;
  • restriction of processing;
  • objection to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdrawal of consent, where applicable, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
